The companionship #1

On the relationship with the pet dogs...
Last night, I was moved by "Marley and Me" movie.. I started watching it,thinking  to have joy and amusement watching the no-so good mannered dog and his eventful plays ..
But it was not just that at the end.. This movie is a real slice of anyone's life who has a pet dog and considers him or her as one of the family members..

Life with a pet dog, when you have say few minutes in morning, an hour in evening and few minutes in night to afford to take care and play with him is like rejuvenating yourself... Its like having a kid forever....Of course, its hard to get them learn manners but they are very intelligent.. as long as the highest authority in the home :D says anything , the dog starts obeying... coz they consider him/her as their master.. Apparently our Jessy obeys only my dad, and easily neglects whatever me or my mom says ... But there's lot of fun in whatever she does... And most importantly, there's lot of love she shares....

To quote.... Few lines from this movie said by the hero whose pet dog dies after he gets aged...

"A dog has no use for fancy cars or big homes or designer clothes. Status symbol means nothing to him. A waterlogged stick will do just fine. A dog judges others not by their color or creed or class but by who they are inside. A dog doesn't care if you are rich or poor, educated or illiterate, clever or dull. Give him your heart and he will give you his. It was really quite simple, and yet we humans, so much wiser and more sophisticated, have always had trouble figuring out what really counts and what does not. As I wrote that farewell column to to my pet Marley, I realized it was all right there in front of us, if only we opened our eyes. Sometimes it took a dog with bad breath, worse manners, and pure intentions to help us see."
